Yes, and my father told me about the reputation of the Turkish troops in Korea.

I remember the M*A*S*H episode with the Turkish soldier.

When I read this, I thinking Merkel is going to have her butt kicked out of office within a month.

I think Erdogan made a big mistake by making a fool of her when she was playing along so nicely all these years.

And by the way, as regards Germany, France, and for that matter, Sweden, the weakness of "no-go" areas is that you can isolate them, seal them up, and if need be, blow them to the moon.

You forget that the Turks fought in Korea and that Douglas McArthur called them the “Bravest of the Brave”.

You are correct. In France they have a lot of muzzies hemmed up in the “suburbs” of Paris. One way in and one way out. Just like Napoléon designed.

In spite of the “surrender monkey” rhetoric here the frogs are actually pretty tough when they have to be. No one suffered more during WWI then the French. Another thing, the French love their culture and when their backs are against the wall they will fight, and they do not use rules of engagement. WWII was an anomaly in regards that the French were not only still worn from WWI but a sizable portion of their population were open to the Nazis and fascism.

Why would they want to invade and occupy Germany? They already have planted the seed, and that seed will reproduce 4 times faster than ethnic Germans.

‘You forget that the Turks fought in Korea and that Douglas McArthur called them the “Bravest of the Brave”.’

The Turks have a history which is often reprehensible, vile, and alternating between barbarism and decadence, but they have always been a martial people with an impressive track record.

I tend to agree with you, and think France will be the first European nation to neutralize their moslem problem.

Don’t believe that. The Poles would turn back the Turks at the Gates of Vienna long before they reached German territory.

In addition, Erdogan has imprisoned most of the best officers and pilots for that “coup” attempt.

My serious and sober question: What leads you to believe that the Bundeswehr, (”...As of 28 February 2017, the German Army had a strength of 60,431 soldiers.) would be capable of successfully repelling a concerted military attack without US assistance.

Over the past decade we’ve had news of chronic munitions shortages for training, disdain for the military by the citizens, and now the effects of the Merkle/Juncker regime. Putting aside war game performance, emphasis on the gaming part, IIRC, the only Bundeswehr units deployed have been the tiny NBC Fuchs unit in Afghanistan. The sheer number of miltary age male “refugees” exceeds 10 divisions, not an insignificant already present guerilla force widely distributed throughout Germany by Merkles edicts.

Police units have been effectively told to stand down against Islamist aggression and intend to defend it against citizens complaints. Much the same position, but more aggressive, as NYC mayor Dinkins’ NYPD, which took down complaints and then, as directed, proceeded to inform complaintants about the difficulty in locating suspects, the time necessary to file the official complaint, days lost in court, low odds of conviction, etc.

There doesn’t seem to be hard evidence of German capability or will to fight against invaders. Erdogan’s intelligence units in NATO forces, and undeclared agents in their Forign Service must have presented such a view for his regime to make this boast.

Don’t think that it would be a total cakewalk for the Turks, much could happen in the passage through the Balkans and Austria, but time lost in squabbling over Article Five in Brussels, it might be revealed that Germany does not have the allies they think they have.

Neither. I believe the treaty language states something like: each nation will come to the aid of another if attacked, and do what they think best in the situation.

What you see in that image is a Turkish soldier holding a weapon that in his home country is illegal for him to possess. Owning a gun is fine, just not a knife like that one ... a testament to Turkish knife skills.

Not only that but their compounds were protected by a one foot high single strand of wire. No one crossed it, if they did they died shortly after in one gruesome fashion or another.

Official NATO Treaty text here:

Article 5

The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defence recognised by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area.

Any such armed attack and all measures taken as a result thereof shall immediately be reported to the Security Council. Such measures shall be terminated when the Security Council has taken the measures necessary to restore and maintain international peace and security .

Article 6

For the purpose of Article 5, an armed attack on one or more of the Parties is deemed to include an armed attack:

on the territory of any of the Parties in Europe or North America, on the Algerian Departments of France 2, on the territory of or on the Islands under the jurisdiction of any of the Parties in the North Atlantic area north of the Tropic of Cancer; on the forces, vessels, or aircraft of any of the Parties, when in or over these territories or any other area in Europe in which occupation forces of any of the Parties were stationed on the date when the Treaty entered into force or the Mediterranean Sea or the North Atlantic area north of the Tropic of Cancer.

All of Western Europe have become wimpish surrender monkeys. They are letting the Muslims take over without offering any resistance.

Come now. They are doing the best they can. Day and night they battle the existential scourge of global warming. And Trump.

All that you have posted is true but you have left out a couple of factors:

1. Germany has a reserve system that will quickly augment their numbers in the event of an attack.

2. The Turks will be in the attack, which requires a significant numerical advantage to be successful. The Turks have large numbers but not in the scale of say, the Red Army.

The combination of determined defenders, difficult and defensible terrain, the Luftwaffe's ability to strike the rear areas and the critical logistical lines of support - and the US Armed forces potential contribution - would rapidly overcome any idiotic attempt by Turkey for open aggression.

Their only viable tactic is what they are doing already: pushing countrymen and correligionists into Europe to breed themselves into the majority.

And there it is “... such action as it deems necessary ...” which could mean any action including none at all. Weasel words ...
