Why are some American progressives embracing overt anti-Semitism?
Are you a Jew in Chicago who’d like to march for LGBTQ rights and gender equality? You’ll have to follow a few rules, helpfully laid out in recent weeks by the Chicago Dyke March and the Chicago SlutWalk.
First, you must not carry any “Zionist displays.” What are Zionist displays? That’s for others to decide. A Star of David might be OK. But if it’s on a rainbow flag, it probably isn’t because “its connections to the oppression enacted by Israel is too strong for it to be neutral.”
Second, you must express solidarity with Palestine. Marching in a parade with a pro-Palestinian stance is not sufficient, nor is advocating for a Palestinian state. As an openly Jewish person, you’ll need to satisfy more heightened scrutiny; other marchers may repeatedly demand that you disavow Israel and swear allegiance to the Palestinian cause. You must comply with these demands or else you will be expelled.
Third, you must renounce any previous connections you have had with Israel. Are you now, or have you ever been, a member of a group with ties to Israel? Repudiate and repent. Openly Jewish marchers are presumed to be in league with the Israeli government unless they can prove otherwise.
One final note: If you are a journalist who covers the implementation of these rules, you deserve to lose your job.

Supporters added that American flags were similarly not welcome as they too are considered signs of oppression. However, flags from other nations were present.

Any SANE Jew who still knows what it means to be a Jew does not support the Left or many other “causes” because ALL of those “other” movements eventually spit in the Jews’ face.
A Torah-oriented Jew, one who believes in the Almighty, one who loves Israel and does not accept other agendas designed to kill him/her does not fall into your category.
Many Liberal Jews suffer from “Hyper-Justice Syndrome” where they champion justice for all things and peoples...except their own right to live.
These same Jews also suffer from TLH or Terminal Liberal Hemorrhoids which leaves them with an inability to sit, listen and apply reason.

The problem is NY Jews would vote for Hitler if there was a “D” next to his name. In Chicago, there is a hatred for Jews due to the black/muslim population. They have no concept of civil rights and who was at the front of the line marching for them.
The reason I bring up NY Jews is that they are safely ensconced in their upper Manhattan, rent controlled apartments, in no fear that they will be targeted. They don’t realize that when this starts happening in NY, they will have no one to turn to.
I know one thing. I’m a Jew and I cannot stand Jewish liberals. As far as I’m concerned, these were the Jews Hitler hated and the rest of us were collateral damage.
Well, thats ok. But of course, they must allow gays to march in the st. Patrick day parade. /s

Islam now ranks higher on the ‘victimization precedence scale’ than homosexuality (and other perversions) and feminism.
I have several Jewish friends. Not one of them is Conservative. And a few are really hard core Leftists. I would never talk politics with them, ever. SMH
