Should just let Obamacare collapse.
Do a full repeal, put together a bill with all the free market solutions, and leave the Medicaid/subsidy part of Obamacare for those still struggling. That takes away any arguments from the moderates and the Dems about people losing care. It also fulfills Trump’s promise not to cut Medicaid. Hopefully costs will drop so much that expense for Medicaid/subsidies will drop.

You get hit if you’re married and make over $250K ... the “over” $250K is taxed an additional percentage.
If you are not married and make over $200K, any investments you make will be taxed an additional percentage.
I can see this tax “trickling down” to the $120Kish regime in no time. They just don’t get it -OR- they do get it and want to keep the water boiling so that any additional application of this disgusting tax won’t be as noticeable in the future.

But they are doing what they want. Healthcare industry wrote the bill. Rates went up. It was a tax via 3rd party health insurers with them getting a cut.
The Uniparty includes half or more Republicans. They’ll keep this. They are the fake opposition.
