At at least it was working in Tucson I remember in the 50’s in L.A. the invasion was going on and it got worse every year now the city looks like skid row for the most part.

Check out the comments posted at the NY Times on this story. The Democrats don’t realize there is a tidal wave of anger in this country over illegal immigration, and it is going to engulf them.

The NYT also ought to be wetting its pants when it sees these comments.

These good folks should be in Los Estados Unidos, receiving TANF, unemployment, Social Security Disability, Section 8 vouchers, ObamaCare subsides, free School lunches and breakfasts, Medicaid, Obamaphones, Social Security Cash Grants for Asylum Seekers, Social Security for Refugees, Energy Assistance, Minority Job Assistance, Hispanics For Jobs grants, WIC, General Assistance Cash, Migrant Education, Title One Grants to Local Education Authorities and EBT cards.

It’s fascinating to look at the Readers Picks comments to this article which are uniformly unsympathetic to the people the Times says we should feel sorry for. The leadership of the Democratic Party has totally misread the mood of their membership on this issue.
