Honestly, if I were Trump I'd try to get rid of as much Obama schmutz as possible.
Actual title > 100 characters
Trump ‘has spent $133,000 on White House furnishings in his first five months in office’ - more than twice the amount Obama did
Does that include the cost of fumigation and delousing of the White House?
Probably because Obama bugged everything.
Bed bugs. Roaches. Lice.
Everything was probably useless and dirty.
Remember what the Clintonoids did when W took office?................
That’s okay, Trump. At least your purchases are TANGIBLE unlike 0dungsh*t’s multimillion dollar vacations.
I believe they had to use a neutron bomb for that.
How much did Obama’s M-I-L cost the taxpayers???
The old stuff was probably a biohazard. Also likely to have hidden embedded listening devices.
Or the cost of replacing the computers Odumbo took out of the WH?
I think half of that was to cart up and ship to Goodwill Industries the Graceland-Like furnishings.
The good news is that Trump will be writing off $89,000 as a charitable deduction to Goodwill.
I wonder how much it cost to have the White House fumigated.
Worth every penny. If it means so much to the diseased media, next time he invites a bunch of American billionaires to a meeting around that table, he can pass a donation jar and they can defray the cost with pocket change.
You have to actually read this story to see the numbers..because there is THIS
Obama, on the other hand, spent $70,000 in the first June of his administration
and this
So far, Trump has spent just south of $17,000 so far this month.
so basically about the same

I believe you're right, that's the real reason.
Can't rip out all the stuffing of all the upholstered furniture ... so just replace it.
I remember them talking about a renovation plan that was already in place and that the place wouldn’t really be ready for the family until about now so... #FAKENEWS
Do they mean twice as much since 2009? Did they adjust for inflation? My apologies if I missed it. We remodeled in 2009-2010, can’t tell you how much stuff has gone up when I revisit the sources of some appliances/furniture we bought.
