Despite spending more per pupil than all but two large school districts in America, at least half a dozen government schools in Baltimore were unable to produce one single student who was proficient in either English or math last year.
The shocking results, uncovered by Project Baltimore, show a monumental tragedy unfolding in the city that represents a microcosm of the damage being inflicted on children across America. The proficiency tests put students in five categories, with four and five considered proficient, and one through three considered not proficient.

We don’t have to. They’ve already done it to the mselved. All you have to do is look at this years Harvard separate graduation ceremonies black and white students.
Fire them. If they can’t find someone to do their job, you might as well close down those schools.
Well catgone it. This must grieve God even if both left and right wings are busy smirking “Good riddance.” I don’t know, maybe a true enmity is better than a false friendship.
To “reform the schools” may be an obvious answer — and yet how secular progressive is the very assumption behind it. If we could fiat this as a country, then anything else could be fiated on the schools too. Better (and surely Trump would agree) that if there is any government liaison to schools at all, let it be as local as possible.
The answer won’t come from politicians. It will be told by evangelists. Baltimore might as well be deepest Africa... well fine. Send the missionaries....

It’s funny how things actually turn up in history though, and this is practically bait for some deep digging leftist to suddenly discover a factoid and crow about how dumb these whities are.
My own view: Africa may have been handicapped more by internecine strife than by any lack of personal vision. It’s kind of hard to build a society when your neighbor is bent on wrecking yours because he hates you. Black slavery was easy because the tribes weren’t defending each other — they were fighting each other and would gladly deliver up their enemies du jour to the enterprising Arab slave dealers.
I.e. Darwin might have been a good zoologist and botanist. Anthropologist, I would differ about.
It’s easy to take Christianization for granted until it spectacularly fails. Oops, you mean we have to BELIEVE that stuff like we believe in the air? Well, yes.

Democrats continue to profit off the plight of decent black people by keeping large swaths of the population poor, angry and under educated. It is one of the great crimes in history.

In late July 1969 I was on 90 days of P-3 profile for two gunshot wounds, so; they decided to send me to the MI officers combat staff intelligence officer’s course. We had so many students they split the six week course into AM and a PM class. I had the PM which started at noon and went straight until 6 PM or so. Anyways my point is I lived in the Dundalk area of Baltimore in Bear Creek Apartments. Myself, a major and another captain, who were both ADA types, had a 3 BR apartment there. I went all over back then as I was partying trying to kill pain with booze. I did not see trouble in Baltimore then. I went to Ft. Meade O Club plus the one at Holabird, MD .I just never saw trouble in Baltimore. I saw a hard working blue collar crowd in the Dundalk bars.
Good question. Think who ran the southern states back in the 60’s like AL and MS. George Wallace. AL and MS have been Rep for some time, but; these northern blacks keep voting for more handouts as do many on welfare. Seriously, how does a kid learn his mother’s way of life is wrong or not that great?
