The suspect for the shooting at a Republican baseball practice was an outspoken GOP critic who said this year that it was time to “destroy Trump” and his allies.
Authorities identified James T. Hodgkinson, a home inspector from Belleville, Ill., as the lone suspect for the attack that left five people injured....
Bernie Sanders..said in a statement that Hodgkinson "apparently volunteered" for his presidential campaign.
Hodgkinson wrote just three months ago about his desire to bring down Trump and the GOP.
“Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy. It's Time to Destroy Trump & Co.,” he said in a March Facebook post.
He was also a member of several anti-GOP Facebook groups, including "Terminate the Republican Party" and "The Road to Hell is Paved with Republicans."

Before you attack, please stop and think. The message was clear, if the shooter was Muslim, it would have taken a long time before his name was released, thus a long time to research his social media. The point was the double standard, not any grand conspiracy.

I went on the guys Facebook page before they took it down and grabbed around 20 screen captures of his posts in the last year and a half.
First and foremost, he’s a huge Bernie Sanders supporter. Then there is some Koch brother hysterics. Finally, I saw a couple anti cop posts.

My point (using a famous movie quote) is that the left is as shocked by this act as much as the chief of police was by the gambling at Rick’s. At the same time he accepted his winnings. We can expect more of this.
I would to know this man’s attitude toward Christians.
Beware, folks, “Hodgkinson’s Disease” could spread like an epidemic among deranged Democrats. Arm up and be ready.
Given the level of over-the-top, over-heated rhetoric by CNN, MSNBC, etc., we can expect even more of this type of thing, as they seek to incite their emotionally, and mentally unbalanced followers.
Will this make CNN and others tone down their hate-filled rhetoric? Not on your life, if anything, they will increase the level of hysteria and violent imagery, until they incite an actual assassination or attempted assassination against Trump.
He was from IL. If he didn’t have a FOID card, where did he get the gun? Can you buy a gun in VA with an out of state license?
