I always wondered about that. Does that mean the angels will be misbehaving up there?

I seem to recall a story in the Bible about a man who had a pet ewe lamb and loved it, and somebody killed his pet ewe lamb. This was presented as a very bad thing to do to that man, with the perpetrator deserving punishment. So at least, God understands pets or companion animals and how much they mean to us. It appears He’s not happy when someone destroys another person’s beloved pet. Perhaps that’s a good sign that He will let us have our pets in Heaven.

Yes, I’ve heard of a demon, what is your point?

"The Sons of God" mentioned in Gen 6 are these fallen angels. They contaminated the gene pool so badly we read in the very next chapter about Noah and the Flood. The declaration of war in Gen where God said to Satan your seed will bruise His heel, but her seed will bruise your head. Since then Satan and his angels have been messing with the gene pool to try to stop the line of Jesus. When Moses was born, all Hebrew babies were murdered. When Jesus was born all Hebrew children were murdered.

This explains the reasoning behind God telling Saul to kill everyone and everything in certain villages, even dogs and cats, horses and women and children. Many unlearned atheists use this to call God a homicidal maniac set on genocide. While Jews were slaves in Egypt, These angels had 400 years to set a "mine field" in Canaan. The land was filled with Giants called Nephilim. Remember the spies reporting they were like grasshoppers in their eyes.

These "angels"( demons) have roamed the earth since the beginning. They are here today telling our youth to kill themselves, to have anal sex, to mess with witchcraft, to murder others, and kill their babies, and any number of evil things. Have you ever listened to Hip Hop music? Killing cops, taking drugs, raping women, where does that come from? Satan is everywhere looking for whom he can kill steal and destroy. He goes to and fro on the Earth looking for them he can destroy. He never has a good day.

The point of the original statement was we were created a little less than the angels, but with Christ, we have been made joint heirs with Him and have been given the right to become Sons of God. Sons of God are beings made directly by God and not of men. Adam was a Son of God. the angels are Son's of God, Jesus is The Son of God, and now we have become Sons of God due to regeneration of our dead spirit with the Holy Spirit of God.

Sons of Men cannot go to Heaven. You MUST be regenerated by the Spirit of God to be His Son.

There will be millions of angels that will be judged on the last Day and they have No Salvation option as we do. That is why they long to look into this gift we were given. They will have followed God or Satan. Hell was made for the angels. It was widened to hold the humans headed there.
