That’s how we know the ‘memos’ thing is a lie. Routinely making such memos would mean hiding a lot of evidence about other matters. Keeping only Trump memos is damning himself as a partisan unfit for office.
Chaffetz seems to enjoy being used as a urinal.
The reality is that once a Special Counsel is appointed, no one should put themselves in possible legal jeopardy by testifying before Congress or supplying them with documents. You can be innocent of the accused crime, but still be prosecuted for perjury. Ask Scooter Libbey.
Chaffetz should have used this this response: “I am deeply saddened and disappointed with your refusal to provide the requested documents and will arrange to withhold all monies designated for the Special Counsel and Director’s office until they are provided.”
Yea - I don't think they do. This whole storyline that Comey was such a prolific note taker is a lie. If that were the case - why were there no notes taken when he interviewed Hillary about her server? Remember that testimony?
Forget the Constitution. The deep state wants to control the executive branch.
Perhaps, Comey is at home “revising” his diary.

Can anyone tell me why it is prohibitive to give the documents to Mueller and Chaffetz, so that both can fulfill their roles? This isn’t rocket science.
Ie, we are making sure nothing is in there that would be favorable to Trump.
Or damaging to Clinton or the Kenyan.
This is the reason why the democrats wanted a special council. The FBI now believes it is reporting to Robert Mueller and not to President Trump. All of the executive branch Deep State operatives will use Mueller as a reason not to obey orders from our elected leaders.

Comey should be in jail along with most of the halfrican's crew, including the half black thug from Chicago.
It’s called a subpoena. Issue as many as necessary.

I haven’t heard Rush on this but the first thing I thought is that there are no memos. Supposedly Comey wrote memos to himself? Don’t think so, it’s just a clumsy bluff that makes no sense and cannot be corroborated. Typical Rat lies and obfuscation.
