Ouch.
The whole mess with loans is why I chose a more viable degree at a state school as well as family being willing to loan the much smaller gap (for STEM/Business only). Still worked my hindquarters off even in light of only covering commuting and book expenses.
When the gunfire stops, there won't be enough of them remaining to retreat to a library, that's for sure ...
And then the federal gubmint got involved.
Next time I went to college I graduated owing the federal gubmint $40,000.
