The entire menu of Tex-Mex food is the same. My Dad likes authentic Mexican food. He took me to his favorite restaurant once and I did not recognize a single thing on the menu.
I may try the shredded jellyfish, though I’m not sure the smell will be so Golden.
Fortunately, I’m not far from a pretty good Asian market.
