Since a federal judge has ruled that what a candidate (Trump) says can be used against him, can anyone use McCain’s words (I’m a Conservative) against him?

Yes, but I'm far far far from only "the one". We are the capital-C constitutional conservatives -- we may be a minority, but we are not few in number. We saved the nation and the republican party from embracing homosexual "marriage", socialized "single-payer" medicine, and further destruction of our Supreme Court and military by drawing a line in the sand with Mitt Romney. We were vocal about it in advance. We expressed our commitment during the primary season. We politely but fervently signaled to the republican party that if they thrust Romney upon us we would not support him. We were true, honest, and good to our word. And in doing so we have sparked the single greatest united front of conservatism in the United States in my lifetime. And now that we are seeing the legacy of the "Muslim in Chief" being torn asunder, more and more FRiends are recognizing the true value of our spines. I'm proud of our achievement and pray it continues. The next line in the sand will be easier to draw, and we'll have more men and women holding it.
