Is it your thought that when Christ comes back we will all be armed killing our political enemies?

I ask this, because it occurs to me that there will come a time when we can’t reasonably expect to prevail against our own government.

To attempt to do it, would simply be suicide. If you want to take that to be the voice of someone who is defeatist and wants to see all our guns turned in, so be it.

It seems to me people own guns to protect themselves until the police can arrive in a situation. I’m not convinced we are going to pick up arms and take down our government.

Look at the equipment, mobility, an resources our government has at it’s disposal.

Once we are demonized, and that is what would take place, our government would take us out by remote control.

There are even more new-wave tech advancements coming in short order. The government will have them. We will not.

I can come here and feed into hot-heads thinking they can conquer all, or I can come here and reason with people.

We are not going to prevail over our government.

Passive non-violent resistance is the only way we could get our federal government to come to a stand-still. We would have to march on Washington, D.C. in such massive numbers they just couldn’t stop it.

It may require some people having to die as they shoot into crowds, but then the government would be seen for what it had become shooting unarmed people.

If we approach them armed they will respond with superior arms. What’s more, we’ll be seen as terrorist or militia, two loaded terms we would not be able to overcome.

Hardly. You're the one applying fear and feelings instead of logic and reasoning to this question.

You've got yourself convinced that our military are nothing more than unthinking robots who will slaughter their fellow Americans if ordered to do so. That alone is ludicrous on its face, but even worse, you think that 100,000,000 gun owning citizens would just surrender without a fight if Big Brother ever went rogue on us.

Remember the term, 'quagmire'? It was appropriately applied to the situation in Iraq, when fewer than 15,000 'insurgents' had the entire U.S. military bogged down for nearly ten years. Now, ask yourself: if 15,000 low IQ jihadists could keep our entire military - with all its high tech weaponry - at bay for nearly ten years, how do think that same military would fare against MILLIONS of resolute, armed Americans, within the borders of their own country?

Don't forget that a sizable number in uniform would mutiny or desert the ranks in such a scenario.

It's an unwinable fight, which is why it's never been attempted before. As long as we're armed, it never will be.

I have given you an instance that plays out exactly as I have described, and yet you say I am not addressing this in a rational manner.

Bud, once again I ask. List the government agents at Waco who were charged with any crime. Don’t even give me the names. Off the top of your head, what crime was charged by any municipal or federal court.

Failing that, point out one federal agent that mutinied.

Point out even one federal agent that voiced support for the Davidians.

Where were the patriots among the federal agents?

Were there any ex-military there?

Saying I’m applying fear is silly in the face of the reality I have presented to you.

Answer up.
