Do you mean the Mexican President told his illegals in America to vote here and again in Mexico with no legal problems.
Not necessarily illegals but there was a problem if they voted here they could not vote there. So he changed it so that it didn't matter. I was in California at the time just don't remember exactly anymore even if I thought I did. Mexico has been interfering in our elections since Ike died.
