They should subpoena him to appear Monday morning.
One Senator should use his time to ask these questions and nothing else.

1) He will be forced to admit Trump was not the subject of the investigation.
2) If he admits to the truth of the “I hope” memo, if he says he took it to mean “obstruction of justice,” then he is guilty of obstructing justice and will be indicted. If he admits to it and says he did NOT take it to mean obstruction, but just general good feelings, Trump is cleared. More than likely, he will deny it exists. Trump is cleared.

Not really. There will be some “drip,” but basically as Trump did today, there is “no comment” anymore cuz it’s under “investigation,” and so they won’t have any real ability to “get Trump.”
The Special investigator really takes all the wind out of their sails, and if ANYONE leaks from his investigation, trust me, they will be prosecuted and they know it.
Meanwhile, Rosenstein just shut down four congressional inquiries and Comey is utterly screwed when he appears. It’s a great day.

One of my biggest fears is coming true. I knew they would stall and dig and obstruct until they found something to grind his presidency to a halt. They’ve thrown everything they’ve got at him so far. They’ve used the courts, agitprop, lies, threats, and now violence to hamstring the president. They just aren’t going to stop until he’s gone.
Did we think they would let his election stand?? I’m willing to fight, but is everyone else?

Well, think about it. The last thing Mueller wants is to have to compete with four congressional committees for time, witnesses, stretching this out for years.
I think Mueller knows there is nothing here. Maybe some low-level “process crime” against a Carter Page, but just as Whitewater led to Travelgate led to Paula Jones led to Lewinsky, these things go in all sorts of directions. This WILL end up investigating the DNC/Russia hack and Cankles’ emails. I can’t predict this, but I’m 50/50 that it doesn’t end up with Seth Rich.
This just looks like more grandstanding by Comey.....(no doubt he’s been lawyered up)..... Furthermore I have zero confidence this will do anything more than create further confusions and questions.......which IS the obvious ‘agenda’ of the left we’ve watched for months now........BECAUSE...it’s all still a distraction and cover from all that Hillary and her cohorts have done.
As I see it the Republican party is more than willing to throw Trump under the bus than Hillary and the miles and miles of people she’s been paying off for years....from the press to political people....and all the crimes she’s most guilty of.

There is only one answer he can give that would hurt Trump:
“Did you have a conversation that led you to believe DJT was trying to obstruct justice?”
Now he’s screwed. If he says “Yes,” he has to produce the memo, which is proof of his own criminality. He goes to jail. Trump meanwhile would say “No, that’s not what I meant.” Impossible to prove, certainly too flimsy to do anything with. Trump is free.
If he says “No,” Trump is once again declared free and innocent.

What questions are asked matters and I can’t see them putting Comey in a position that would screw him .......I have no confidence any what to hear or know the truth, rather how much more they can muddy the waters.
