Jeffrey Toobin pretty much let the cat out of the bag about the real desired purpose (by the Democrats and the mainstream media) of the investigation by the new Special Counsel Robert Mueller in the May 19 New Yorker. He pretty much concedes that there is a good possibility that no criminal evidence of collusion between the Donald Trump campaign and the Russians will be found. What he reveals, and it is no big surprise to anyone who follows politics, is that the information collected during the course of this investigation could be politically damaging to President Trump if it is released.

So basically it is a witch hunt to find anything they can on President Trump. Anything.
And now the investigation is headed by an adult and not Comey, whose biggest daily decision was whether to leak information or give it in a press conference.
Did you listen to Trump’s inauguration speech? All of us who did knew there would be push back like a bat out of hell from the Uni-Party!
Their purpose is to keep the investigation alive until the next presidential investigation using the resulting turmoil to swing the election their way.
The reason for the Democrat and media war against Trump and the conservatives:
1. limited government versus big, centralized government.
2. capitalism versus socialism/communism
3. sovereign nation versus globalization
4. freedom versus subjugation
Yes, and it is battle to be joined.
I believe a lot of the Establishment Republicans are also secretly against Pres. Trump. I pray the investigation turns toward the Russian involvement with the Clinton campaign and maybe even into Fast and Furious. The democrats would really start howling then.
GOPe is screaming at the Democrats: “Give us something to work with, c’mon! We’re glad to help you out.”
I want answers to the following questions:
1) Did Donald Trump, or members of his campaign, collude with the Russian government to swing the 2016 US Presidential election in Donald Trump’s favor. YES or NO, there can be no other answer. If it cannot be proven to have occurred, then the answer is “NO.”
2) Who, or what organization, provided Wikileaks with the information that the Clinton campaign colluded with the DNC to make certain that Clinton would be the 2016 Democrat nominee? Full immunity from prosecution should be offered to Julian Assaunge in order to help obtain the correct answer to this question.
3) Was the information in the Wikileaks posts regarding Clinton campaign/DNC collusion against Bernie Sanders’ campaign actually true?
4) Did any of the emails on Hillary Clinton’s home-based private server shed any light on the question posed in #3, above?
5) If the answer to question #4 is “YES,” then the next logical question is: “WHY did Hillary Clinton have a home-based server? This would necessitate an investigation into the Clinton Foundation entities (there are MANY of them, not all within the US), and specifically whether the “contributions” to those entities were truly charitable in nature (or, alternatively, thinly-veiled bribes) AND whether all tax laws were abided by in the management of the funds collected.
6) Was there any connection between the murder of Seth Rich, and the release by Wikileaks 2 weeks later of information about Clinton campaign/DNC collusion against the Sanders campaign? If so, what was that connection?
Investigate those things, and the media whores will STFU about Trump and Russia very quickly.
Do tell - Special Counsel Robert Mueller should say NO to being the Special Counsel because of his friendship with Comey. I will not believe any think he finds. I think, whole thing is to get someone to tell a lie. Then Jail them as long as they are a republican.
I respect Mueller and will continue to do so until he gives me a reason not to. I have to think Mueller knew Comey was out of control and doing things contrary to proper procedure and ethics.
