I’ve milked snakes and know you need a small stool.
Seat, for the humorous out there.
I’d be scared stooless doing that job....
Sometimes that happens. It can turn ones/liberals eyes from brown to their original color.
Look up the Socratic Method. Try educating yourself.
F*ck Socrates and his “method”. It was a simple yes/no type of question. If you don’t know or can’t say yes or no then “I don’t know” is always the best answer you can give, if any. “Socratic Method”? It sounds so elegant but in this case it’s just a bunch of happy horseshit. How about this one: Dummy up!
My mother was a goat. Happy Mothers Day, Mom!
I clean my weapons and my dog shakes till I put them away. He knows they go bang and scare him. He is afraid of thunder too.
My other dog can tell time, insane I know but he can. Position of the sun or something
Well obviously you're not interested in broadening your perspective. You wish to remain an ignorant person locked inside your little bubble. Simple "Yes" or "No" answers - except when being interrogated by the police - are for the little minds.
I had hoped to help you expand your horizons but your crude response leads me to understand that you aren't worth the time.
Have a nice day!
I’m all for dogs, but this headline is a bit much, makes it sound like he was a caped “Underdog” cartoon dog.
The criminal either meant to shoot the dog, or meant to shoot the cop and missed, hitting the dog.
Let’s not get carried away
Besides, the dog will pull through, and the criminal - not so much.
Like...? :-)
“I had hoped to help you expand your horizons..”
How condescending and arrogant can you be? Not only are you a liar, you’re full of yourself.
Why do you ask?
Malinois are an amazing breed . One is my best friend . Ever...
Kasper has the superior plan. He won’t have to pay a dime for his surgery or post-op care.
It’s the heat the drives the Irish mad.
“My experience with a lifetime of having dogs as companions is that they sense dangerous situations that we dont because of their advanced sense of smell and hearing.”
I almost stepped on a snake a couple of days ago and got a strong adrenaline rush.
Sat down for a few minutes to calm down and noticed my dog, who was not present with the snake, had her ears back like she does when she senses something is amiss.
The “animals can sense fear” thing is real.
Your average Pomeranian or other cute lap dog isn’t going to put two and two together, but larger, high prey and highly protective breeds such as the GSD certainly know danger and threat, they’ll go after it. Does a dog understand the physics behind gunpowder and bullets? Probably not, but I suspect it wouldn’t matter one whit to them if they in fact did understand. They’re going to protect their pack. Period.
“F*ck Socrates and his method.”
The rallying cry of the climate warriors.
LOL! Isn't that the truth!
I can’t speak to this specific dog, but military dogs are trained around gunfire, and trained to disarm someone. Perhaps this k9 was attempting to bite the weapon bearing arm, or was in the motion of lunging towards that arm. In general, dogs can learn some pretty impressive things by exposure on the job.
