Even if this were true, and since it’s coming from the media it may very well be false, that would absolutely be grounds for dismissal. You have had a year to “investigate”, you’ve come up with nothing and NOW you want more money to continue the year long investigation which has yielding absolutely nothing?!?

The story is that people attended a meeting, at which someone told them that in another meeting it was said that Comey had requested more resources, persons with knowledge of something (one of the meetings) said. It’s hearsay 3 times removed.

This is beyond incredulous. The white “Russian” lie of thr Kremlin fixing the election is a complete delusion of the Democrats, and they’re still doubling down. They’ve gone complete Moonbat crazy over there and it’s not getting any better as time goes on. You know the Democrats are afraid of exposure and are counting on their “cowardly” GOP Global Swamp bed buddies to run interference for them.
How would Trump know what Comey was going to do? Pretty much no one has been able to even guess what he will do next. I call BS, too!

Mr. Comey asked for the resources last week from Rod J. Rosenstein, the deputy attorney general, who also wrote the Justice Department’s memo that was used to justify the firing of Mr. Comey this week, the officials said. Mr. Comey then briefed members of Congress on the meeting in recent days, telling them about his meeting with Mr. Rosenstein, who is the most senior law enforcement official supervising the Russia investigation. Attorney General Jeff Sessions recused himself because of his close ties to the Trump campaign and his undisclosed meetings with the Russian ambassador.
The DOJ flatly denies this. Per CNN;

I get the feeling that Trump is giving false information to people he thinks will leak it to the press. That will expose the leaker and expose the fake news outlets that run with it.
