President Trump told the Washington Examiner that he is "absolutely" thinking about breaking up the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Trump criticized the heavily liberal court that blocked his executive order calling for a Mideast travel ban.
He suggested it would likely uphold the injunction against his withholding of sanctuary cities' federal funds if the Justice Department appeals that ruling.
Trump said that "many people" would support breaking up the "outrageous" bench, adding that he is "absolutely" considering the possibility.

Breaking up the Ninth leaving the same judges in place accomplishes nothing. Liberals would still have access to the same liberal judges to do their bidding.

They would break it up and add new judges to the new circuits which result.
If he ever really did, some lib judge would issue an injunction blocking it, ha.

How about fast-tracking to the Supreme Court every one of these insults. Then, you have rationale to change the 9th circus along with the go-ahead on your orders. Anything else is just serving up humiliation for yourself and chap-flapping afterwards.
Get rid of all those judges who make up rulings to help the democrat party.
How about putting Montana, Idaho, Nevada and California in one and Arizona, Alaska, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii in the other? Maybe there would be enough Conservatives in the two courts to counter the extreme left verdicts.
The bill in Congress limits the Ninth Circuit to California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii and some U.S. territories.
Meaning Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Montana and Nevada will get their own, new Circuit.
It would break the district into 2 smaller ones; and then Trump would nominate conservative judges to round out the benches in both districts.

Can’t see that that would make much difference - he should absolutely concentrate on appointing a new conservative judge to every possible opening on that Court during his eight years in office.......
Make the 9th circuit limited to Adak Island Alaska (with apologies to the good people of Adak Island).
