Oh I doubt that he got bad grades...the Military school wouldn't have taken him, back then, if he did. He was probably a snotty kid, at home and THAT is why they sent him to private school. He needed a strict, regimental regime, sans parents. And that worked....he flourished.
My guess is that he learned it and then quickly forgot it; that's what a lot of kids did/do; unfortunately. That's NOT really learning...it's just getting good grades for NOTHING. :-(

This will turn into a win for Trump. The public views the judge as a liberal democrat, and the public strongly opposes the entire concept of sanctuary cities and states. This ruling also makes the voters aware of the critical importance of who nominates and confirms federal judges and new justices on the SCOTUS. Eventually after serious damage is done to the democrats, this case will go to the SCOTUS and the administration should win it there.

What army or law enforcement arm does the judge have at his disposal to keep Trump’s EO from being acted on by the DOJ? Ignore these activist judicial asses and execute the EO. Make them take their case up with SCOTUS.

My emotions say otherwise, but intellectually I agree with you. If he comes out and tells these judges to point sand, the RATS / media will simply start chanting “impeach! impeach! impeach!” 24/7.
