It is one thing to stop the POTUS from doing something. It’s quite another to order him to DO something... Writing checks can take a VERY VERY long time... plus, the Postal Service is slow as molasses these days... Checks could even get lost in the mail or something...
Trump should just do it! What’s the judge going to do about it...throw him in jail?

Funds are transferred electronically. Judges can and do assign time frames for compliance.

In the fwiw dept, Congress can create superior and inferior courts. Congress can abolish superior and inferior courts.
Congress can impeach and convict judges as well as confirm them.

A judge ruled in May of 2p16 that it was unconstitutional for onamacare to fund insurance companies in the plan, YET CONGRESS IS STILL DOING IT! The government appealed, and all Sessions had to do is drop the appeal.

Where do these black-robed thugs think they get the authority to stop the President of the United States from following the law? Far-left judges disgust me. I hope he is impeached, removed from office, investigated until his crimes and embarrassing secrets are made public, shunned by all decent people, and otherwise given a hard time (within the law) by the decent people of California.
I left out divorced by his wife, because I assume he’s not in a real marriage. In California, he might have a pretend “husband”, but how many women have standards so low that they would marry a judge like this thug?
Or letting boys in girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms.
