Drug smugglers are being helped by the Democratic leaders in Congress who are trying to block funding for a border wall, says President Donald Trump. He is using Twitter to hit the Democrats as enablers for the criminal gangs that are smuggling deadly drugs into American cities and towns around the nation, and which are sending murderous MS-13 gang members into Americans’ neighborhoods.

Trump needs to put his big boy pants on and tell them he will veto the CR if it doesn’t fund this year of the border wall. And then just do it. And stand on it until they fund the wall.
This is encouraging. It sounds like President Trump is finally keeping current about the thought process of the Deplorables (who got him elected).
Those who enable the perpetrators are as guilty as the perpetrators.
Just because all you did was drive the getaway car in a bank holdup resulting in fatalities, does not make you less culpable in the death of another.
Bar MS-13 from entering, and expose and expel all those who are discovered to be associates. The actual criminal members who have committed a crime here, should be tried and if convicted, sentenced. Upon completion of the punishment, they are to be repatriated to country of origin, the recipient country not to be allowed to refuse to accept the miscreant. Otherwise, he shall be summarily executed.

If you mean totally, no. But to think that stopping one avenue is not a good thing says more about you and your analysis of your hopeless situation. But then again, maybe you are in a position to argue with the rancher from Cochise County who would beg to differ with you. By plugging one funnel, that means one less to have to worry about and increases the ability to focus on the next one until they all are gone.

Ok, let’s explore this further:
Do you have a fence around your yard, and/or do you lock the doors to your house & cars?
If so, do you really think these paltry efforts will stop folks from breaking & entering?
No? so why bother?

No fences around my yard but usually lock the house if I’m not home.
However, if there was a $100,000 profit motive for every kilo of a substance that some one could make by getting it around my fence, the fence would be one useless.
It’s simply economics and while there is not much profit in smuggling illegal aliens across a border, there is a great deal of profit smuggling certain drugs across a border.
Forget North Korea, Syria, etc.
Mexico and these Central American parasite-states are immediate clear and present national security danger to our country.

If you can show me an instance where increased interdiction decreased supply of a drug, despite increased demand while decreasing violence, I would be interested to see your data.
