Agreed. LePen will lose big in the final runoff. The terror killings in France are not yet high enough to jolt the French voters. LePen will be characterized as extreme right wing, and bad for the French economy by the media. That will be enough for “centrist” Macaroon to win big.

Most of the media were reporting the projections (which had Macron ahead by about 2 points) instead of the actual counted votes (in which Le Pen is ahead by about 2 points).

The runoff will be just as nasty, if not more so, than our election in November. How much globalist money will be in Macron’s war chest, and how soon will they accuse the Russians of trying to steal the election for Le Pen?
If she stages a “Frexit” it’ll throw everything into total chaos with people running around waiving their arms over their heads...well, not me, of course, but other people.

So, thee top two are split fairly evenly with 47% of the vote, leaving 53% to fight over.
I wonder how the other candidates lined up - left or right- and how their endorsements might factor in to the May 7 run-off.

A fascinating race. She’s surely shaking things up in France.
No doubt she’ll lose the run-off but still, she’s forcing others to take stands on issues. It seems probable the winner will be at least be to the right of Hollande. Good for us and France.
