There isn’t a front office in MLB that wouldn’t love to have the first openly gay player in their system. I think it will be harder than in NBA or NFL for it to happen, due to the rules of baseball. He is going to really have to cut the mustard, it’s got too many individual metrics to tell how a player is really doing. MLB already has an ‘inclusion ambassador’ to bring inclusion to MLB or the fans or some crap.
