McConnell had better pull the trigger on the nuclear option if he can't get enough votes to confirm Gorsuch or he can't stop the Schumer filibuster.

Harry Reid teed this ball up for the democRATS back in late October 2016, by saying that he had laid the groundwork for democRATS to nuke the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees if they won the Senate back in the November election.

Well, they didn't win but the ball is still teed up for the nuclear option, McConnell. Pull the trigger because the democRATS wouldn't have hesitated in doing so to the Republicans.

Reid: Dems Will Nuke the Filibuster for SCOTUS

Republicans have a loser mentality. They look at all the reasons why they can’t do what they want, whereas the Rats look for all the ways to get what they want.

No need to cave on Gorsuch.

There is another option that might be more effective in killing several “Leftist birds,” with one stone. Let Schumer tie up the Senate for a while, and then break the filibuster by playing hard ball with the appropriation of funds for States, whose Senators participate. (Of course, Republicans need to learn how to handle the PR involved.)

More fake news by the open borders express WSJ.

McConnell rarely makes definitive statements, but last week he said, “Gorsuch will be confirmed.” Yertle wouldn’t say that if he didn’t have the votes. He’s already got 2 Dems on board.

I have said this from the start. McCain will stab us. He lives for it.

“The Republicans need to show some spine...”

Nah.

Republicans just need to school themselves in the ways of psychotic, adolescent, sociopath punks who have no values except that of furthering the Progressive revolution.

(Mr. Perez’s latest speech sounded just like one by Uncle Adolph, with yelling, screaming, condemnation of the enemy of the revolution and all that crowd manipulation stuff.
Herr Goebbles would certainly be proud.)

IMHO
