You are correct. Please go to Thailand or Singapore for a doctor visit. No government intrusion, great doctors, great in and out times. Yet very cheap costs $20 to $150 US for a visit with top care. Doctors are US trained 90% of the time. Yet they are allowed to be real and talk to clients.

Agreed, but if a straight repeal of ACA has less than a 1% chance of occurring, Trump getting a real free market bill through has a 0 chance of occurring. That said, I do hope he at least trims along the edges over the next few years (negotiate with Medicaid/Medicare, enforce some anti-trust act, enforcing pricing transparency)
All enforcement is is technically dead via trumps first EO. So the bill is dead in the water. The Internal revenue Service cannot enforce any part of the tax.

neither party wants a free market healthcare plan as it means medical profits would collapse 75-80% and it would return to 3-5% of GDP from 20%. If you think the Russia howling is bad, it would pale if trump really went after healthcare and no chance anything would pass. You have to work with realities and do stuff incrementally unfortunately with current senate make up.
