He most certainly did. When he gestures to the elderly white people at the meeting, and says they have “maybe 5 years left” what else do you think he meant?
He’s a deeply bigoted man and was caught on type expressing that hate. And ironically, he is employed by a civil rights organization. Which tells you a lot about the nature of the ACLU.

This guy claims to speak of what the Constitution does and does not say, as to “due process”, while ignoring the same Constitution puts immigration and immigration LAW in the hands of Congress, and exercise of immigration law by the executive branch and NOTHING about that, or about our immigration law is contrary to that Constitution.
The guy, not being a citizen, should not even be allowed at the meeting.
The Democrats and their tolerance for de facto amnesty have been destroying the Inland Empire, and small towns like Rialto within it, for years.

Maybe a call to all those who consider themselves Americans should go out to everyone in CA to move out then we can clear the bad seeds who stay. Then the good folks can move back and reclaim what is theirs. There would be a lot of rebuilding but jobs are needed there anyway soooo...
