The whole headline and story is fake news. The replacement bill probably will not pass the house but that doesn't live up to the distorted headline.

This is a convoluted replacement for obummercare that is not passing the smell test. It is not a simple repeal of obummercare.

He said 30 to 40 Republicans planned to vote “no”; House leaders can afford to lose only 22 votes and still pass the bill.

This is telling. This explains why there will be no vote today. Or if there is a vote - it will fail. This also explains why Ryan and Trump are alreading blaming conservatives in the House Freedom Caucus.
