Nunes Calls Comey, Rogers For "Closed Session" After Finding "Concerning Info" In Intel Reports
Zero Hedge ^ | 24 March 2017 | Tyler Durden

Posted on 03/24/2017 8:19:19 AM PDT by amorphous

Last night we highlighted a Fox News story which suggested that Devin Nunes expected the NSA to deliver a "smoking gun" which would prove that the Obama administration spied on the Trump transition team, and possibly the president-elect himself, as early as today.

Moments ago, Nunes fanned that speculation by holding an impromptu press conference announcing that he'll call both FBI Director Comey and NSA Director Rogers before a closed session of the House Intelligence Committee to discuss topics which "they couldn't answer in a public setting."

He is on the Gang of 8. NSA and CIA have to comply. Surely FBI does, too...but not sure.

No wonder the Dims & their accomplices in the MSM had their panties in a bunch about Trump’s Tweet about this and their adamant insistence that Trump’s wiretap claim was pure BS!

Comey is the dirty cop.

He never thought Trump would be elected.

He did the bidding of Obama, Jarrett and Lynch in going along with whitewashing Hillary’s espionage act violations.

He agreed with refusing to use a grand jury, refusing to gather evidence by search and seizure warrants, handing out immunity to Hillary’s staff in exchange for nothing.

He lied that Hillary didn’t have the “intent” to mishandle classified info, then misrepresented the law when he said she could not be prosecuted for criminal negligence in mishandling classified info.

And in all of that, he stepped out of his role as investigator and into the role of the AG because he wanted to use his reputation for integrity to cover up Lynch’s obvious corruption in protecting Hillary.

According the newspaper leaks by the NYPD and the NY FBI field office, he sat on the Wiener laptop for a month hoping to string it out until after the election and then when an internal rebellion was apparent, he revealed it only to clear Hillary before election day.

And Comey went along with the DOJ efforts to discourage the local field office investigations into corruption in the Clinton Foundation.

Now, if Comey is capable of doing all that, would he not be capable of going along with Obama and Lynch in surveilling Trump?

When Nunes is “on stage” alone he lays out the unvarnished facts. When he gets in a group with fellow lifer congress persons, and Comey & Rogers, of whom at least Comey has sold his soul to Hillary and Ovomit, will he fold and capitulate to deep state?

This article is wrong about who is in the incoming Gang of Eight... https://theconservativetreehouse.com/2017/01/02/united-states-national-intelligence-oversight-the-gang-of-eight/

Feinstein not on it.

"The Gang of Eight are briefed on every covert operation that our various intelligence agencies carry out. They are directly responsible for oversight of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI)."

___ ODNI includes FBI

After watching his testimony before Congress, I wouldn’t be a bit surprised to learn he is the one who did the leaking.
