The Prime Minister has said the “Islamist” attack on Parliament was not “Islamic” and Islam is a “great faith”.
Taking on the role of a theologian, Theresa May insisted: “It is wrong to describe this as Islamic terrorism. It is Islamist terrorism. It is a perversion of a great faith.”
Speaking in Parliament, she also said the attack showed “the importance of all of our faiths working together, and recognising the values that we share”.
Adding: “This act of terror was not an act of faith. It was a perversion; a warped ideology, which leads to an act of terrorism like that and it will not prevail.”
Islamism is generally defined as a political interpretation of Islam. Some critics argue Islam is intrinsically political – as the Quran mandates a religious state and law – and say the term is irrelevant.
MPs almost unanimously agreed with the Prime Minister, lining up to warn against “demonising” and “stigmatising” Muslims, and to condemn “Islamophobia” and “racial and religious” discrimination.
Khalid Mahmood, the Labour MP for Birmingham Perry Barr, said the attacker or attackers “pretend to be of a particular religion”.
“If they were of a religion they would not be carrying out acts like this,” he added.

If the “rank-and-file” Muslim, including the Imams in most mosques, were to come out and strongly condemn this and other ISIS acts of terror, then PM May would be correct in her comments. However, the cricket sounds coming from the mosques and non-violent followers of the tenets of Islam is, IMHO, a tacit APPROVAL of these actions. Given that, Ms. May, along with W and a host of other politicians who value Political Correctness over Personal Security, are wrong, wrong, wrong in their comments.
Even, you could say, “dead” wrong.

Let’s say he did not do it because of Islam. It’s still true that another person with an Islamic background thought this was an appropriate and acceptable thing to do.
I’d argue that it’s even worse for my perception of Islam if these acts are not done because of belief in or association with a radical Islamic group (e.g. ISIS) but because an Islamic background is all it takes to make some individuals think these acts are proper for non-religious reasons.

The EU, the euro, multiculturalism, political correctness, globalism, cultural liberalism, homosexualism, “anti-racism” etc. are all forms of idolatry.
The secularists believe that if they faithfully “serve” these idols, all the things they most fear like wars, slavery and genocide will not happen in the future.
But, of course, all idols are false. They are the created, not the Creator. Idols have no actual power, and those who depend on them always find that idols catastrophically fail.
And the failure of idols always precipitates the very outcomes the idols were supposed to prevent.
When idol worshippers see that their idols are failing. They don’t abandon them. They sacrifice to them all the more.
Thus, we can predict that as the terrorism situation in Europe becomes more dire, the reliance on multiculturalism, political correctness, appeasement and surrender will only grow.
Centuries upon centuries of evidence speak out against her.
And the Muslim Mayor of Londonstan is saying in effect “Get used to it”.
