It has to be replaced with something that actually REDUCES INSURANCE PREMIUMS ... not two years from now or at some unspecified date, but NOW (or no later than the 2018 renewal notices that come out later this year).

There’s no repeal. That’s the problem. This is tweaking Obamacare and hanging around Trump’s neck.
Trump is playing this much smarter than a lot of people think. The GOP House member who was allegedly being bullied by Trump to push him to support Ryan’s bill was on the radio today. He gave Trump a grade of “A+++” (that was his exact quote) for the work he has been doing with House members on this.
