I am sure that she is all that you say she is.

But, just out of curiosity ask her how and when the maxim of "innocent until proven guilty" became part of the lexicon of American jurisprudence.

At hint: It's not in the Constitution.

I would be interested to know if that is addressed in her classes in law school.
