Secret Service had removed alarm sensors from fence intruder scaled
The Washington Examiner ^ | March 20, 2017 | SUSAN CRABTREE

The fence-jumper who wandered around the White House complex for 17 minutes was able to elude the Secret Service in part because the agency has taken down alarm sensors along an area of one fence that he scaled, according to two sources familiar with details of the incident.

The intruder, identified as Jonathan Tran, was able to jump over three different fences, including at least one between the Treasury Department and the east area of the White House complex shortly before midnight March 10.

If I didn’t know better, I might start to think that some members of the Secret Service are playing for the other side. If something happens to President Trump, I expect the conservative response to get VERY ugly.

“So the guy just happened to scale the section they had cleared of sensors? “

Just like when the Secret Service laptop was recently stolen with plans to Trump Tower, the thief made a bee-line straight to it and escaped, another ‘coinky-dink’?

All believers need to be praying (daily) for President Trumps safety, these people are beyond evil,

Why and when were the sensors removed and at whose authority?

The Clintons removed keys from White House keyboards before leaving; Obama had security devices removed before leaving the White Hut.

Without getting into specifics, there are several detection systems that are easy to install, very difficult to spoof or defeat, and are not prone to false detection due to wildlife.

These government boobs need to be fired right now, and competent, non AA employees hired to do this very important work.

There was a Hollywood movie. About taking over the White House.

The attackers used three busses. Trucks. Miniguns. Inside turncoats. And a plane. Along with a company sized attack force.

I think the movie might have vastly overstated the force needed to breach.

New plot....one guy and a backpack.

Have you ever visited the southern border to make such an assertion?

Secret Service director to step down, giving Trump a chance to select his own security chief
February 14

Both the Obama administration and congressional Republicans hoped Clancy could shore up the Secret Service by boosting morale and rapidly hiring enough agents and officers to keep up with a flood of departures and early retirements.

On that score, he struggled.

In the 2016 employee survey, the service ranked dead last among all federal agencies for employee satisfaction, 305 out of 305.

Clancy sought to speed up a cumbersome hiring process. In 2015, 416 people retired or resigned from the agency, but only 78 new employees came aboard, according to a federal workforce report. The agency said it picked up the pace last year, hiring 700.

So how does a WashEx reporter get information that sensors were removed by the SS?

Fake news or real?

Seriously, how would such info be “delivered” to the reporter and by whom???

So the SS, whose primary mission is to protect the President and has nearly unlimted resources, is unable to devise a security system that detects human intruders but ignores bird, squirrels and other small animals? What kind of freaking stupidity is at work here?

Those camera systems exist, and have for some time. A tech-savvy architect friend designed one for a large commercial site almost 10 years ago, when architectural work was slow. You could do all kinds of cool things with it, like define a line, and any movement across that line would trigger an alarm at the console, etc.

Yet, the "resistance" doesn't seem to get it. They must think there will be no repercussions. Some one buy them a clue before they do something very stupid.

One of the buildings associated with the pizza/PedoGate child trafficking scandal has a “sign” spray painted on the brick outside close to the street:

“Kids
4 6”

is thought to mean “Kids for sex.”

Has anyone checked the sidewalk outside the WH for tagging?

^^^ “POTUS 4 U!” ^^^

I don’t understand what the controversy is on how to repair the shortcomings of the Secret Service and especially this event. Fire everyone who was responsible. The average sheriff’s office across the country can do better without any specialized training.

It seems to me that an effort is being made to establish in the public’s mind that trespassing into the White House is inevitable, an act of nature.
