The liberal establishment has been after conservative websites since Hillary Clinton was shellacked in last year’s presidential election.
Democrats and the liberal media have not accepted the electoral thumping. Instead there is a war against any conservative voice who supported candidate Donald Trump.
On Monday there was a report that the US government is investigating “far-right” websites to see if they played a role in a Russian cyber operation to push stories that favored Donald Trump.
This is complete lunacy.
And notice that they call these Trump supporting websites “far right” while liberal websites like The Huffington Post are portrayed as neutral.
McClatchy reported:
Federal investigators are examining whether far-right news sites played any role last year in a Russian cyber operation that dramatically widened the reach of news stories — some fictional — that favored Donald Trump’s presidential bid, two people familiar with the inquiry say.
Operatives for Russia appear to have strategically timed the computer commands, known as “bots,” to blitz social media with links to the pro-Trump stories at times when the billionaire businessman was on the defensive in his race against Democrat Hillary Clinton, these sources said.

Why is Comey still cashing pay checks instead of unemployment checks?
They started this sham Russian FBI investigation into Trump back in July and now it will look bad politically if he cleans house while under an active investigation. Unfortunately, the longer Comey drags this investigation out the longer the FBI will be in enemy hands unless Trump bites the bullet.
Comey’s been looking into the Trump-Russia connection for NINE MONTHS.

I will not click on the gatewaypundit website link because it causes my computer to slow way down, and sometimes lock up. It’s happened a few times. So I will not read the article.
My problem with the story, is they list no sources other than the “US Government”. I do believe they would investigate far right sources, but will not start losing sleep over it until it’s a known fact with actual sources named.
Until then, gatewaypundit to me is just a clickbaitest drawing clicks with unfounded BS as usual.

The US is most definitely in a “cold” civil war. Pray it doesn’t get hot.
My concern is that they are preparing for actions to take after someone whacks Trump.
Think of it like the common practice of women filing divorce papers and getting a restraining order on their husband because, though he’s never been abusive, she makes the claim that getting divorce papers will make him violent.
I’m concerned they are “watching” conservatives to prepare for the conservative response to a Trump assassination.
The reaction will be slay democrats where they sleep
