The democrats are doing a full court press in trying to prove Russia influenced our elections. Ok, if true, why then was Russia so successful in hacking, spying and actively disrupting our democratic processes under President Obama?

Excellent questions. Were there or are there still holes in our cyber security? And given the timing of events, Obama and his people were running things then. So what does this say about them and their management of critical cyber security issues???

I’m still trying to understand what the Russians were supposed to have done. How did they change the outcome of the election? Anybody.

I think they were all in on it, Hillary, 0bama, the MSM, probably a long list of “others”. I bet they did not think it through to the point of realizing that, HAD Russia “interfered” with the election, it could reflect badly on 0bama’s administration related to the security issues.
Or were willing to take the gamble that they would succeed somehow (public riots and violence?) in nulling the election results.
For weeks right after the election, the word they were all using was “hacked”, which the MSM proudly broadcast 24/7, which, to the average person, would mean that Russia manipulated the actual voting or vote counting. Just recently the MSM has backed off that a little to imply that they meant that Russia influenced the mood of voters somehow.

I still don’t know what they did to interfere with the elections. Every time it’s brought up we are assured it is beyond question they did, but I still don’t know what they did.
Did they convince someone in the DNC to not secure their system? How did that interfere with the election.
They changed the election by disclosing the truth about Hillar and the DNC.

The released the truth about the corruption of the Democrat Party and the Clintons. The Democrats have NEVER said anything the “Russians” released was false. Which means they know there was even more damaging stuff on them the Russians hadn’t released yet but they were scared the Russians would if they tried to pooh-pooh the hacked emails as faked.
If you are trying to use logic and reason to plumb the depths of the liberal mindset, it doesn’t work.
You’ll need a set of tools closer to those necessary for a frontal lobotomy to accomplish the task at hand.................
I submit that the Russians, along with the Democrats chose Trump as the nominee because internals showed he would be the easiest to beat. And everyone did their part but Hillary.
The embarrassment was just too much.
Who left the barn door open? Not only the Russians but a cabal of Middle Eastern “programmers” with access to the Congressional network.
Rogers and Comey were asked if any votes were affected by Russia battleground States....That Hillary was supposed to win. Both answered “Nyet.”
