I gather that snorting heroin is an effective treatment for nightmares, insomnia and binge eating. And snorting it is obviously safer than injecting it. And they can quit any time they want.
And the best selling point to liberals is that heroin is *trendy*, *cool*, and *fashionable*. And all their friends are doing it.
Of course, the real elites among liberals are using Fentanyl, but only the Hollywood crowd that are invited to party with Obama are that cool.
