It is time for every conservative home to put up a Confederate flag of one sort or another, either the “battle flag” or the Stars and Bars or any of several others. Old state flags that incorporate the Confederate colors also.

So many good men died in the civil war to win them their freedom and they treat whites like crap. The tendency to downgrade Lincoln seems to have been part of a general tendency to downgrade "great men" in history, especially if they were white.
If Lincoln had been defeated in 1864, it's possible that the Democrats would have agreed to make peace with slavery still intact in much of the South...as well as in the loyal slave states (not covered by the Emancipation Proclamation).
