Synopsis on Wikipedia ^ | 1997 | Aleksandr Dugin

The book declares that "the battle for the world rule of [ethnic] Russians" has not ended and Russia remains "the staging area of a new anti-bourgeois, anti-American revolution." The Eurasian Empire will be constructed "on the fundamental principle of the common enemy: the rejection of Atlanticism, strategic control of the USA, and the refusal to allow liberal values to dominate us."

.....

In Europe: Germany should be offered the de facto political dominance over most Protestant and Catholic states located within Central and Eastern Europe. Kaliningrad oblast could be given back to Germany. The book uses the term "Moscow-Berlin axis".

France should be encouraged to form a "Franco-German bloc" with Germany. Both countries have a "firm anti-Atlanticist tradition". The United Kingdom should be cut off from Europe.

[ Watch for the return of a Russian Tsar and attempts at restoring the pre-revolution empire. ]

The Russian empire before the bolsheviks killed a hell of a lot LESS people in 100 years than the commies in Russia killed in less than 10 years after the “glorious revolution”....

Bring on the Tsar

As for the so-called Russia “rejection of Atlanticism”, the last Russian ruler and Atlanticist was Tsar Peter. The battle between the Slavophiles (Dostoevesky) and the Westernizers (Turgenev) was fought in the nineteenth century and the former won. The Westernizers had but a moment in the 20th, but the Kerensky rule was smashed by the Bolsheviks. Although Russia has had numerous giants in the arts and sciences, it is still an Asian country. As the saying goes, “scratch a Russian and a Tatar bleeds.”

I’m betting that a figurehead monarchy will be reestablished in Russia by 2020, under the auspices of the Russian Orthodox church, and encouraged by the state.

The reestablishment of a traditional Christian Russian monarchy will be used as fundamental bulwark against Islam and western atheist progressivism (which is a genetic offshoot of marxism).
