The appellate process to include SCOTUS is Pres. Trump’s only recourse.

The Judicial branch has illegally overstepped its constitutional authority, and you want them to decide what the clear wording of the law and the Constitution are?

The Supreme Court has legislated from the bench innumerable times, and has flagrantly usurped power from the other two branches, yet you believe only they should have the last word, even when they themselves have committed offense against the Constitution?

No, it's time these black robed tyrants were put in their place. They're completely out of control.

Note that they STILL have not reached down to exert discipline among the lower courts in this matter. That alone should tell you that that body is hopelessly compromised, and that adding a lone conservative to their ranks is no guarantee of success.

They all stopped abruptly when the court ordered them to. Do you think those agencies would have defied that order if he had told them to? I don’t.

So...what is to be done? Real question.

FWIW, I want Pres. Trump to tell the rogue judges to GFY.

Now...if the Federal agencies under POTUS’ authority won’t stick their necks out to enforce his EO, then Houston, we do have a problem.

Not sure if anyone responded to your post as I have not read through the rest of the thread-

but indeed Jackson had to do a lot after the ruling regarding the removal of Cherokee from the SE US. He had to organize a troop escort, collect the Cherokee from several states territory and move thousands of Indians over 600 miles of the central US to Indian Territory (Oklahoma), spending federal money and using US troops and agents, buying food and supplies all the way. That action required coordinated effort from most major departments of the US Gov at the time. The court has no forces to enforce the rulings it makes, only the good will of the executive and congress to facilitate enforcement via lawful means like spending money ( congress) or providing force ( executive).

We have kowtowed to the elite bench sitters for centuries, to our harm.

Yes, but what I am afraid of is Congressmen who are ignorant of the Constitution, and wholly bought and owned by their global masters. Would they vote for impeachment, even though there is no impeachable offense? Even still, it may have to come to that, and deal with it, if the Republic is to be restored.

Everything you mentioned was covered by the Indian Removal Act and is only indirectly related to the ruling Jackson defied. The act did not empower the President to force Indians to move, but required him to negotiate land exchange treaties, which he did. Some states took it upon themselves to use force to get the Indians to leave. The SCOTUS ruling which Jackson defied was a case between the Cherokee tribe and the state of Georgia. SCOTUS ruled that state laws could not be applied on Indian lands. Georgia defied the court’s ruling and Jackson refused to enforce it. He didn’t actually have to do anything or order anyone else to do anything. He just did nothing.

FWIW, I want Pres. Trump to tell the rogue judges to GFY.

In a very real sense, that's what he must do, to put a stop to this.

If either of the other two branches were usurping the authority of the Judicial branch, there would be howls across the land, and calls for investigations, impeachments, and heads on pikes.

Yet somehow, people have become so acclimated to the courts exercising sweeping authority that they do not have, few are alarmed when they essentially turn one of the other (supposedly) co-equal branches into little more than a ceremonial relic.

We could insist that the Legislative branch do it's constitutional duty, and exercise their authority to impeach the judges, or shake up the courts, but those eunuchs couldn't find the stones to stop a foreign enemy agent from boldly usurping the office of President.

We've come to a point in history where only the most courageous of leaders can inspire strength in the faithful, and mortal terror in the hearts of our enemies, both foreign and domestic. Lawyers and politicians need not apply. This is a job for warriors.

That’s a valid point.
