Sad news. Just received word that NYTexan passed away

Sad news. Just received word that NYTexan passed away today. I believe it was a heart attack, but I don't have details yet.

Prayers up for his family and love ones.

Me too! He was such a great guy! Loved him! I hated taking that call but they have gotten in touch with his family now and I have asked that they let family know that he had many friends that would like to know about arrangements, etc. If I hear something I will let everyone know! 😢

Thank you. We had attended every TexasCowboy Memorial Shoot together and had become good friends...as he had with the rest of the ones he met on those trips. We all always had a very good time and just celebrated and honored TC with the 11th one in October of 2016.

One of the best! Just so shocking! I asked the officer to let the family know that he had many friends that would want to know about arrangements and he said he would talk to them and let me know something. If I hear something, I will let everyone know and visa versa, if you all hear something, please let me know. I think we should have a memorial if possible. Even if it is just the Texas crew doing something. I think the officer will let me know something soon. He said he may even call me back tonight and I thanked him. At least his family is aware now and I am sure they are all in shock and grief too.

Hard to believe I will never see him again.
I feel like a teddy bear that’s lost all it’s stuffing.
