Sad news. Just received word that NYTexan passed away today. I believe it was a heart attack, but I don't have details yet.

I got cabin fever real bad as the rains continue to confine me to the house or my pickup. Our “normal” is 30” and we’re at 51” and another wet week coming. Lady Bender has a bad knee that she hopes to get fixed early summer. What is new in your household and are you still working?

God’s Speed John. God’s Speed. Was speaking with better-half, this morning, and better-half remembered John. John did not need but a few moments to leave a lasting impression on one. John will be remembered and missed. Condolences to everyone.

I am praying for the friends, family, loved ones etc...of those we have lost in the last 48 hours. These two men, dear friends, will be missed. I think I will find a quiet place to pray and cry. Not yet. We were waiting on some word as to what his family was going to do, but i don’t think they want anything to do with us, so we’ll have to plan something soon....i think at the end of April maybe, because of schedules.
