If you believe it is impossible for a person to change, then you can condemn every person on earth based on past transgressions. As to repentance, it is only evident in future actions.
For example, take Zaccheus. He was certainly a sinner, like the rest of us. After his encounter with Jesus, he vowed to change. If he followed through, then it’s his fruit going forward that will count, not the sins of his past.
If, going forward, we see a marked change in Brazile’s behavior, we can draw similar conclusions. If nothing changes, then we need to pray all the more. Only God knows whether, in each life, genuine repentance will happen, and if so, when.
You can assume the worst about anyone at any time. The only way this is in keeping with the Golden Rule is if you always want others to assume the worst about you.

Your questions deal with Brazile’s personal interactions with God. Has she done these things privately, between herself and God?

Has she done these things with her pastor, or some other Christian mentor?

Here’s the fundamental issue. Only God and Brazile know her heart. She may have repented. She may not have repented. God knows, and Brazile knows, and that’s it.
We need to pray for her. This life isn’t long, and eternity is forever. Christians must intercede for both the saved and the lost, petitioning God for grace and help for the former, and salvation for the latter.
This rush to condemn Brazile makes sense for Non-Christians, but not for Christians. As Paul explains in I Corinthians 13, without love/agape nothing else is of value. But if we have Christian love for Brazile, we will pray that she succeeds, not condemn her to fore-ordained failure.
I pray that she did indeed repent. As I pointed out early on, not everyone uses doctrinally precise language at all times. May this be so in Brazile’s case. And may we all follow this invaluable exhortation:
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Therefore encourage one another and build up one another, just as you also are doing.
