Naval Special Warfare says no women have met standards.
Naval special warfare jobs have been open to women for a year but no women are in the pipeline yet, and Navy officials concede it may be some time before a woman makes it into either a SEAL team or into the Special Warfare Combat Crewman field.

A woman capable of meeting SEAL standards would be a world/Olympic class athlete with a bright and lucrative future in a women’s sport. It would be rare to find one of those people who prefers to serve for a modest income and a lot of danger.

Lower standards This can be done. This is government. Profits are not at stake like in the NFL or NBA. The only thing that could possibly be lost is human lives.

The SEALs are following the right policy. If a woman or a man meets the physical fitness, endurance, stamina and strength standards, they get in. No need for reserving places
well over 99% - like 99.99% so probably 30K guys at any time. And then you need to add on the intelligence, wits, grit... Man.... those are tough guys
As they continue changing the rules in the NFL, they will get to a place that many women will be able to play pro ball. Who and how many actually watch at that point is an open question.

NO WAY! The Seals will just have to devise a set of different standards so these wanna-be wymin warriors CAN qualify. They’re very much needed to defend our country! /s
Consider the reality of the process. Many, many people "self select" out - they never try to become special forces. And testing is done by the military even before someone gets a shot at the training. So then, if someone is going through training, that individual is already very likely a bad ass. So it needs to be understood that the attrition rate is from that group, the soldiers who fail, are already at the far end of the bell curve, not people from the GP. The attrition rate for AF Para Rescue is 90%. 9 out of 10 fail.
Women are wired differently than men. That is why colleges must pour funding into something like 5 women's sports for every men's sport in order to attract women into competition. That way they meet title 9 funding requirements and men, who actually want physical competition, are able to participate.
When one considers how small a percentage of MEN are both willing and able to get into special forces it is no mystery why women can't make it. I am not saying it cannot be done. But it will be a very rare and unique woman who has the aggressiveness, attitude and physical toughness to make it through. And it will have to be for the right reasons. Shallow feminist ideals melt away pretty quickly after an hour or two lying in cold surf with a sandy taco at 0200.

Which is why I only watch movies like Hacksaw Ridge. Movies today, with rare exceptions, are a major tool for indoctrination program of the anti-American Left.

I would be willing to bet there is no such woman on planet Earth! And should any woman ever become a Seal, you can be sure it will be the result of politically correct FRAUD!
Great post. So I hear the Israeli's use women in an intel roll, scouting before an war and interrogation. So if they have special skills in these areas and the Israeli's are smarter than the average bear, why the heck aren't we emulating them w/ the Women's IIF ( intel, interrogation force ) a division of one of our branches? Or does the ghost of Pasty Schorder still haunt all branches never to be exorcised?
