I don't have any special information.
But the way it works is, the FISA court, through Section 702, wiretaps foreigners and then listens to Americans. It is a backdoor search of Americans. And because they have so much data, they can tap -- type Donald Trump into their vast resources of people they are tapping overseas, and they get all of his phone calls.

No evidence...>>. the russian bank pinging the trump server which was done by the cia and camophlaged (based on wikileaks) was then used as justification for the FISA wiretap.

the only reason I can think of to explain why they took such risks was they were certain they’d never be caught. But if they were so sure Hillary would win, why do these things? I guess the answer is “insurance”.

Rand Paul is on fire lately.
To: TBP
rand paul is kissing butt to get out of the dog house from all the crap he said in the primaries.
To: JohnBrowdie
I have no problem with Paul saying the things he did during the primaries. It was politics then and he was out to win. Sounds like the tow sat down and buried the hatchets. Fair enough...All’s fair in politics and war.

I think they didn’t just want to win; they wanted to destroy. It was the dems in Kali mode. This was a unique opportunity to destroy the totem of white, capitalist, un-PC middle America and they couldn’t resist. The fact that they had the election in the bag tempted them to take unusual risks. It wasn’t just Trump they wanted to destroy but the Republican party. And in the most delicious way — by proving its presidential candidate was essentially a traitor. The left has seethed at being seen by middle America as treasonous commies for the last 70 years (mainly because it’s true). This would have been the big get even. Obama especially wanted it for his legacy.
To: seastay
I’m speculating that the reason Feinstein looked glazed is because there is evidence and lots of it implicating Obama abuses of power. The kind that must be buried at all costs. Just speculating.

Only if you refuse to accept the FACTS.
Larry Johnson, retired CIA and State Department official, told RT.
"He DOES have evidence." ex-CIA agent, on Obama wiretapping Trump (7:26)
Mar 5, 2017"All of this was part of a coordinated planned campaign by people that are linked to Barack Obama."
There are still senior people in jobs at the Director of National Intelligence office, the office of the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency that ought to be fired;
Larry Johnson, retired CIA and State Department official, told RT.
But MSNBC just keeps repeating their lies very loudly and very often.
Only the mentally unstable listens to them any more.
Read this summary from
Parsing Clapper by ANDREW C. MCCARTHY on March 8, 2017 :
" ... In sum, and scrutinized carefully, General Clappers statements do not refute the claimthat the Obama Justice Department sought and obtained FISA surveillance authorization targeting associates of then-candidate Donald Trump associates who were connected to his campaign to varying degrees.
And bear in mind that while the media and Democrats are now using Clappers statements to try to downplay Obama-administration investigation efforts against Trump associates, they were very content for the last four months to have Americans believe an aggressive investigation was underway.
As I explained in yesterdays column, fueling the public perception that Trump and his campaign were under investigation has been essential to propping up the false narrative of collusion between the Trump campaign and the Putin regime to hack the election.
On that score, as Jims Morning Jolt concludes:Im betting that if the United States government ever actually had evidence of such an earth-shattering conspiracy, the director of national intelligence would have known about it. "
Now, let's continue with more evidence:

Mark Levin PROVES Trump Wiretapping Claims: The Evidence Is Overwhelming #ObamaGate (12:31)
Published on Mar 5, 2017
Sunday on Fox News Channels Fox & Friends, while discussing President Donald Trumps tweets accusing the former Obama administration of wiretapping Trump Tower before the election, conservative radio talk show host Mark Levin broke down the wiretapping reporting.
Levin said,Well, a pleasure to be here. The evidence is overwhelming. This is not about President Trumps tweeting.
This is about the Obama administration spying, and the question is not whether it spied.
We know they went to the FISA court twice.
The question is who they did spy on and the extent of the spying that is the Trump campaign, the Trump transition, Trump surrogates.
Levin then read several news articles about the surveillance.
There's several LIBERAL News Sources named in that video.

1. Heat street, November 7, 2016 EXCLUSIVE: FBI Granted FISA Warrant Covering Trump Camps Ties To Russia Two separate sources with links to the counter-intelligence community have confirmed to Heat Street that the FBI sought, and was granted, a FISA court warrant in October, giving counter-intelligence permission to examine the activities of U.S. persons in Donald Trumps campaign with ties to Russia.
The first request, which, sources say, named Trump, was denied back in June, but the second was drawn more narrowly and was granted in October after evidence was presented of a server, possibly related to the Trump campaign, and its alleged links to two banks; SVB Bank and Russias Alfa Bank. While the Times story speaks of metadata, sources suggest that a FISA warrant was granted to look at the full content of emails and other related documents that may concern US persons.
2. The Guardian, Jan 10 2017 John McCain passes dossier alleging secret Trump-Russia contacts to FBI
The Guardian has learned that the FBI applied for a warrant from the foreign intelligence surveillance (Fisa) court over the summer in order to monitor four members of the Trump team suspected of irregular contacts with Russian officials.
The Fisa court turned down the application asking FBI counter-intelligence investigators to narrow its focus. According to one report, the FBI was finally granted a warrant in October,

The agencies involved in the inquiry are the FBI, the CIA, the National Security Agency, the Justice Department, the Treasury Departments Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and representatives of the director of national intelligence, the sources said.

The F.B.I. is leading the investigations, aided by the National Security Agency, the C.I.A. and the Treasury Departments financial crimes unit. The investigators have accelerated their efforts in recent weeks but have found no conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, the officials said. One official said intelligence reports based on some of the WIRETAPPED communications had been provided to the White House.

They knew Hillary was losing. They had access to undoctored internal polls. They knew she was losing, but the entire Obama administration needed Hillary to continue all their Executive edicts. So yeah, they tried everything in their power short of assasination. To think otherwise would be folly.

It goes beyond this. The NSA records all of our calls, emails and texts anyway. Then any of our Five Eye partners are free to dip in and pull out whatever data on whatever US citizens is desired.
