California's top judge has written a letter to the Trump administration asking to have immigration agents refrain from hanging around courthouses in order to make arrests.

California Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye addressed her letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly.

"As Chief Justice of California responsible for the safe and fair delivery of justice in our state, I am deeply concerned about reports from some of our trial courts that immigration agents appear to be stalking undocumented immigrants in our courthouses to make arrests," she wrote.

Stalkers! Stalkers! What are they some kind of perverts.
Some of these undocumented people are murders, rapists and uncertified pharmacologists (not that there is anything wrong with that.) That should not be singled out.
“According to all of the media reports.” Well if “the media” reported it, it must be true.

You don’t hunt dove in the middle of a lake! You hunt them where they most likely will be.

You wan’t criminals? Legal or illegal? Go get em’ where criminals congregate...in the courts, jails and the most filthy parts of town. You’ll find most of them there.

The liberals want you to try to find them only while they are standing in the doorway of the immigration and naturalization offices. I...don’t....think....so!

When judges have more power and dictate their believes and agenda instead of following the constitution and have a powerful hand on the law of the land , more then our President ... you can honestly say stick a fork in America she’s done! Everything is going to hell in a hand basket... i’ve never seen anything like what is happening today ...all the cockroaches that have infested our government, judicial levels, learning institutions, etc. everything is so corrupt and ugly this cancer can’t be purged. The swamp runs from one end of our nation to the other.... no human power can physically drain the swamp by himself... there’s just no way it’s too big of a task ... I guess I’ve lived under a rock for 60yrs that I didn’t realize the damage the global communist liberal establishment have done to our nation!... we’re so screwed! It’s better that the Lord comes quickly or civil war start soon...this nation cannot survive without a fight ...there’s just no way it can continue this way! Something gotta give..something gotta break!

Troubling choice of words.

"safe and fair" delivery of justice? Why not simply "justice"?

Injustices? Here are a few about which Ms. Tani Cantil-Sakauye might show some concern...

1. What about the citizens whose safety is threatened by these criminals?

2. And, what about the citizens' money that is confiscated to redistribute to these criminals?

3. And, what about the citizens whose way of life (traditions, language, culture, places in college, and so on) is eroded and diminished and is replaced by those of these criminals?

IDK. I would at least throw a comma in there.

What a LIB idiot. No, judge, they are “stalking” the criminal alien invaders. They are apprehending these useless criminals. Are all judges morons like this one or what?

To California: stop courting illegals for “stock” (slave labor). At least they are calling them illegals. Progress.

“Court is where the criminals are.”

And not all of them are in the role of defendant. There are probably a vast number of licensed and practicing attorneys in California that if scrutiny were permitted of their activities, themselves would be subject to indictment.

And in any other venue than California, they would be facing hearings before ethics boards, but the ethics rules in California seem to be easily bent, if not ignored altogether.

Because a court is no place to enforce the law.

Unfreekin believable. A judge telling the executive branch to stop doing its sworn duty to enforce the law. This “judge” needs to be removed.

It’s up to us to drain the swamp by removing the weasels from Congress in primaries like we did in June of 2014.
Eric Cantor was about to move Rubio’s amnesty bill in the House.
We threw him out before he could betray us and the GOPe backed down and never introduced Rubio’ amnesty in the House.
Every district needs to throw out their weasel.
That is the only way the swamp gets drained.
Trump can’t do it alone.
Electing him was just a start.
We have to change Congress.
He can’t.

Any judges, ANYWHERE, who refuse to uphold the law, need to be DISBARRED!! These rules are party-independent! ANY judge doing this, should have an complaint immediately filed to the state Disciplinary Board!

Hey biatch. You’re only a two-bit local “judge”. Keep your smelly, ditzy nose out of the U.S. Government’s business.

Here’s a tip for ICE: You don’t need to go to court rooms looking for illegals. Go to any Home Depot parking lot and scoop them up by bus loads.
