California's top judge has written a letter to the Trump administration asking to have immigration agents refrain from hanging around courthouses in order to make arrests.
California Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye addressed her letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly.
"As Chief Justice of California responsible for the safe and fair delivery of justice in our state, I am deeply concerned about reports from some of our trial courts that immigration agents appear to be stalking undocumented immigrants in our courthouses to make arrests," she wrote.

I had to take my 19 year old step son to court this morning. The case ahead of him involved a Mexican gal, who needed an interpreter and who had agreed to plead guilty for her crime. The Judge informed her that by pleading guilty, that if she is an illegal immigrant, that she could be deported as one of the consequences of pleading guilty. He then asked her if she understood all of this stuff. She said yes and pled guilty, although her immigration status was never disclosed.
According to all of the media reports, 100% of all of the illegals arrested at the California courthouses are there as witnesses in criminal cases. None of them are in the courthouse because they were arrested and convicted of anything criminal. That is what is getting blasted on all of the TV’s and news outlets every 30 minutes.
Quit supporting sanctuary cities and we will consider your request.

They don’t want to be arrested outside an American courthouse don t go near an American courthouse...
ICE can pick them up just as easily someplace else...
where would they like to be at the time of their arrest for deportation ???
