Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) could not say on Wednesday where he got the information that "thousands will die" if Obamacare is repealed.

Sanders made the claim while speaking with CNN's Jake Tapper but could not provide any specific sources that backed his assertion, instead referring to "studies that have been done.

I think that the real issue isn’t whether or not you are “insured,” but rather if that “insurance” actually affords you the means to get medical care. Even if you can afford the premium, the way the deductibles have gone up, the fact may be that you still cannot afford to go to the doctor. From my perspective, that’s the biggest crime Obamacare perpetrated on the American public. There is no “real coverage,” even if you are one of the “lucky one’s” who get “it” for free courtesy of the rest of us.
