Senior White House adviser Kellyanne Conway is suggesting that alleged government surveillance of Donald Trump during his campaign may have gone beyond the presidents accusation that former President Barack Obama had his phones tapped.
Conway tells New Jerseys Bergen County Record there are many ways to surveil each other. She says you can surveil someone through their phones, certainly through their television sets any number of ways. Conway didnt offer any evidence for the remark.
It follows Trumps claim that Obama had Trumps wires tapped at Trump Tower before the election. Trump hasnt provided evidence and Obama has denied the charge.
FBI director James Comey has privately urged the Justice Department to dispute Trumps claim but has not come forward to do so himself.
A senior congressional aide said Saturday that the House intelligence committee asked the Trump administration to provide by Monday evidence that the phone were tapped, a request reinforced Sunday by an influential Republican, Sen. John McCain.

Trump is where he is today in large part because of Conway. She’s a remarkable woman and spokesperson for him and his administration.
LOL yeah I missed the Czar Chasm.
Ironically a flawed opinion - in your opinion.
Hey, I hope he does and I will gladly swallow humble pie if he takes the bastards down. I’m routing for him regardless.
I largely agree with you.
Thank you.
Theres people out there doing a better job, currently, than she is. Just my opinion of course.
Bring in the clowns.
Perhaps... maybe she’s best used behind the scenes... she was pretty invisible most of the campaign, but obviously quite effective. On the other hand, the MSM will try and destroy anyone involved with Trump, and caving in to them every time isn’t a great approach either.
People overlook that KAC’s real profession and love is polling/public opinion. She’s working on getting DJT’s approval to 67% - that 33% hard RAT base will always be with us, like crime and poverty - at which point, it’s LIFTOFF! for everything he wants to do.
I agree.
She deserves a huge amount of respect, and I am a big fan of hers, I just hope she is used as effectively as possible.
I have no opinions.
Everything I say is fact.
Look it up in the book.
COMEY belongs in PRISON...

SEE SOMETIHING SAY NOTHIG
it lays it all out
The only reason he is influential because
1. He has been in Senate forever
2. He is only too happy to criticize non elites
Ah. To possess a sane mind of a big statist...Let me correct that....To posses the mind of a big statist, one has to have a very short memory. That memory must be no longer than the last change of administration. Commonly referred to as replacing tweedledee with tweedledum. Obviously one must have completely forgotten about the over 100 million people directly killed by big statist last century. So these Progresso bimbo media babes have all forgotten about that big international blowup when even socialist governments like Brazil were upset that they had proof Obama spied on them.
Trump has been in the spotlight for as long as I can remember. All they could find was the joke he made with Bush off mic. The rest of the “scandals” they had to make up. Even his ex wives have nothing bad to say about him. Everything there is to know about Trump is known.
I’m sure we’ll have a rerun of “Maverick” on the Sunday shows this week.
James Garner was cool, McCain is not.
And Garner was a Dem, too.
