Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) on Sunday said he agrees with President Trump that 2018 will be a "bloodbath" for Republicans if Congress does not pass legislation repealing and replacing ObamaCare.

“I do believe that if we don't keep our word to the people who sent us here, yeah,” Ryan told CBS News’s “Face the Nation,” when asked if he agreed with Trump’s reported comments about the 2018 midterm elections.

The RinoCare bill is a flawed vehicle and philosophy for health care.
Ryan says no changes, his way or the highway.
It is, at this time, a relabeling of Obama care, no reforms or positive changes, just different names and a wildly overpromised scheme to do add ons, like insurance reform and tort reform, to be passed sometime, some where, and probably not ever.
Many people can see through the artificial deadlines, and self imposed rules, all that can be changed, like the Democrats do when they are serious about furthering their wicked ways.
This bill is a trap for Trump.

If Obamacare is not repealed, there should be a bloodbath in 2018, but it should be the replacement of Republicans who would not repeal Obamacare with Republicans who will.

Trump has threatened Freedom Caucus with primary challenges if they screw the party on this.

I think we're finally beginning to grasp that the various "rules" in Congress were established for the benefit of the Congress and not for the benefit of the American people. It's been an eye opener for me to realize how the sausage is actually made.

Very, very hard to nudge such a powerful guy out of his hometown district with a primary challenge.

But there absolutely should be an effort to primary all the GOP congresscritters—which unfortunately includes the “freedom” caucus—who supported him for speaker and won’t boot him from his speakership now.

Impressive chart. I suspect that Tom Price will erase at least some of those lines in phase two, the deregulatory phase.

I also suspect the GOP bill (phase one) will erase some lines as well, or at least reduce the dollars running along them to zero.

The repeal should be a real repeal - all gone.

The best replacement would be freedom - the free market instead of government mandates/regulations. I would also be happy with a law reforming malpractice, allowing the sale of medical insurance across state lines, and and even allowing snowflakes to stay on their parents’ policies to age 26 (the last item in part to placate the snowflakes but also changing the rule so the insurance company can choose whether to offer that option).
