As Washington people go around doing Washington things and talking to other Washington people about Washington-focused health-care reform, we would do well to take a step back to simplify the debate in front of us.
We are the most prosperous country in the history of the world. As such, we have many of the best hospitals, doctors, nurses, and medicines available. We have hundreds of insurers that take risk — for profit — to insure us. We have fairly broad, but expensive and not always effective, social safety nets in which we pool our resources through taxation in an effort to help those who need it.

The Uniparty eunichs that are Fedzilla’s attendants in Congress will never straight out repeal Obamacare.
They want to preserve the structure that gives Fedzilla power over everyone’s healthcare.

I cannot believe Trump is falling for Ryans lies about repealing Obamacare in “phases!” Trump has to know this will never, ever happen!
1. Repeal ObamaCare;
2. Eliminate Health Insurance (i.e.; make it illegal); &
3. Let Capitalism prosper.

Phase 1 will end Obamacare. The Senate rules for reconcilation with a Budget require what is being done to enable ending Obamacare with just 51 votes. Any other technique would allow filibusters and require 60 votes. No Democrat will vote for repeal.
Sit tight and let the system work. Investigate yourself and you will understand.
I suspect that the pro-Obamacare uniparty sent Obama a bill to repeal Obamacare probably as an election year stunt.
Also, does anybody know why Pres. Trump doesn’t seem to be encouraging the Senate “nuclear option” for a full repeal of Obamacare?
